“Water, Cultural Diversity and Global Environmental Change: Emerging Trends, Sustainable Futures?” International Symposium

        2009年10月1日至3日，云南省社会科学院民族文学所、藏区科学发展基地尹仑应日本人类与自然研究学院（Research Institute for Humanity and Nature）的邀请，参加了在日本京都举办的“水、文化多样性和全球环境变化国际研讨会”。在会上，尹仑进行了大会主旨发言并提交了论文《Community based water resource management: focus on watershed management, climate change and agro-pastoralist livelihood of the Three Parallel Rivers region in Yunnan, China》。
